Team Tirilla is currently in its worst period for many seasons after a string of weak results. Pressure is mounting on manager Tirilla and rumours are that his current project is coming to an end this season with team age average at 31.
Since the beginning of the Vuelta, Team Tirilla has raced 16 competitive races and only managed to collect 490 points, about half the team average. Half of those races have been plagued by captain off days and only one time has a rider managed a good performance. The medical department became busy with four injuries within only six days (and some say injuries come together?), lowering the team spirit even further. This hindered the team's participation in the Essex Tour, and the manager subsequently missed three key sign ups, which has led to speculation about his future in the team.
These events are evidence that the current project is coming to an end, with the average age in the team currently at 31 and rising. Cash is plenty in the bank, but no plans have been laid out yet for the future, which is unknown. Team Tirilla will have to redefine itself within the next season's time or become a home of retirees and past results.

Possibly. ;) I haven't decided yet what direction I will take - but changes are happening, starting will the sellout of a lot of the riders.
So some big changes coming up?
Hehe, there's probably added a little extra drama for the sake of the press release. ;-)
I thought you dropped to 20th place or something:) You having a short bad streak and staying at 4th place is not a big news for me:)
